10 TV FILING DEADLINE: CHILDREN'S TV PROGRAMMING REPORT, FCC FORM 398. Commercial TV stations must place in Public File a copy of the station's quarterly Children's TV Programming Report, FCC Form 398, reflecting efforts made by the station during the previous calendar quarter, as well as efforts planned for the next calendar quarter, to serve the educational and informational needs of children. All 4 quarterly Forms 398 for 2002 must be filed electronically with the FCC by today, if station has not already done so.
14 Copyright Royalties for Internet Streaming: Webcasters, including radio stations that are simulcasting their programming on the Web, must pay the monthly royalty fee to SoundExchange for the month of November and file Reports of Use providing information about the songs they streamed.
